Ryker and April Flint's journey into the world of RV rentals began with a simple love of travel. After getting engaged in Ireland and married in Jamaica, the couple discovered that the best adventures come from exploring at your own pace — on your own terms.
Their global short-term rental experiences as guests inspired them to become hosts themselves. Today, they operate Catnap Rentals, managing vacation properties across 22+ Northern California locations from Auburn to South Lake Tahoe to San Francisco, earning consistent five-star reviews and Airbnb SuperHost status.
AdventureCat Rentals is the natural extension of that hospitality expertise. Based in Sacramento, AdventureCat offers premium RV rentals with the same SuperHost-level service that has made Ryker one of the most highly rated hosts in the region. With years of hands-on RV mechanical experience, Ryker personally ensures every vehicle in the fleet is road-ready and immaculately maintained.
Ryker also brings over 40 years of combined real estate industry experience as a licensed California broker, giving him a unique perspective on property, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
